Refunds & Returns Policy

Our goal is simple: to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• Due to hygiene reasons, bath and body products cannot be returned once opened or used
• Products must be in resalable condition

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used bath and body products
• Personal care items that have been unsealed
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
• Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

We're happy to exchange products if you'd prefer a different item. Simply contact us with your order details and let us know what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.

All our products include delivery costs in the pricing, with nationwide delivery across South Africa.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked service for returns
